There's a really nice atmosphere inside, locals are friendly and generous. The drinks are good too, with good local beer on top and even a gluten free option. The location is excellent also, right in the middle of Innerleithen high street, a minute walk from the co-op supermarket and various food establishments. I would definitely recommend the bar to a friend.

Stayed at room 4 over Sunday 10th and Monday 11th June, 2018 with my wife. It was one of the most relaxing B&Bs that I have been to. Nothing was too much bother for the staff and the room was excellent having been recently re-furbished. The pub and the garden patio helped to create a nice setting. The breakfast was excellent and lots of it. Definitely recommend this B&B to others.

Very friendly staff. Room perfect for 3 biking lads, hot shower, beds pretty comfy and the bar/beer really good. Right in town centre, everything’s close that you might need. Brilliant for biking in Innerleithen and Glentress.

Friendly welcome & quite a surprise... Looks quite old and tired on the inside handrail leasing upstairs needs a paint for example. However, when you get to the room, it's a complete surprise... Very high quality of kitting out. Comfy bed & decent size bathroom And then the beer's not bad, either!

Staff were very friendly and helpful leaving breakfast for us because we were leaving before breakfast was served which was very welcome The rooms were huge, plenty room for us and our dogs. Downstairs had a door out to the garden so we didn’t have to go through the bar all the time. The garden, which could be secured by shutting the gate was really useful during the night when the dog wanted out Parking in a little car park at the back was also great as it’s a busy road through the town Rooms were large and clean with tea and coffee making. The building is an old building with lots of character and the bar downstairs was very welcoming. We will stay again if we are in the area.

Clean and simple hotel with good breakfast and service with a heartfelt smile. The bar is a quaint place for a beer and a friendly chat with the locals. Felt right at home.

This family run spot went above and beyond what we could have ever expected with their impeccable service and care to our needs. Yes, there is not currently a restaurant per say, but the price of your room includes a free breakfast of exceptional quality and cooked to order just how you like it. If you are hungry later in the day, the owners' extended family owns the pub two doors down with amazing food and drink deals. The rooms have been renovated to be as comfortable and lovely as possible, and if you are a who has a hard time walking through the friendly, local and canine filled bar to get to your room you can enter from a seperate door on the street. Beer garden was quite lovely and spacious to spend time in, and we were regrettful to leave this lovely place. Hope to return soon!

We were heading on holiday when we decided to make a last minute booking. We wanted to stay in Peebles initially but everything was sold out so we tried further out and found St Ronans. The hotel was easy to find and we were directed to the parking once my partner went inside. Our hotel room had recently been done up and we were surprised at how luxurious it felt for the price. The bed was beautiful and very comfy. There is no restaraunt at the hotel however you are welcome to get take away and take it back to the hotel so we picked up a Chinese takeaway just 1 minutes walk from the hotel and brought it back. The hotel provided plates and cutlery. We had a good nights sleep apart from a slight bit of late night noise from the locals but that is to be expected. The owners were very organized with breakfast and it was very quick and tasty. My son got a high chair to use and we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. We would stay there again.
